Jon Hopkins - Immunity (album "Immunity" - Domino Records, 2013)
Κι εκεί που μπαίνεις σε Λονδρέζικο δισκάδικο και ακούς διάφορα, σκαλώνεις με κάτι, πας σα δωδεκάχρονος στο αφεντικό και του λες, "με συγχωρείς, τι ακούμε;". Σου λέει "αυτό". Το παίρνεις και φεύγεις. Δίσκος της χρονιάς;

The Dears - "No Hope Before Destruction" (album: "Protest EP" - MapleMusic Recordings, 2002)
No hope.
No love.
No trust.
No fun.
No peace.
No mirth.
No calm...
Before...
No right!
No help!
No truth!
No worth!
No light!
No end!
No hope...
Before...
Destruction.

The Beatles - "For no one" (album: "Revolver" - EMI, 1966)
You day breaks, your mind aches
You find that all her words
Of kindness linger on
When she no longer needs you
She wakes up, she makes up
She takes her time and doesn't
Feel she has to hurry
She no longer needs you
And in her eyes, you see nothing
No sign of love behind the tears
Cried for no one
A love that should have lasted years
You want her, you need her
And yet you don't believe her
When she says her love is dead
You think she needs you
And in her eyes, you see nothing
No sign of love behind the tears
Cried for no one
A love that should have lasted years
You stay home, she goes out
She says that long ago she knew someone
But now he's gone
She doesn't need him
Your day breaks, your mind aches
There will be times when all the things
She said will fill your head
You won't forget her
And in her eyes, you see nothing
No sign of love behind the tears
Cried for no one
A love that should have lasted years

The Who - "Love, Reign o'er Me" (album: "Quadrophenia" - MCA, 1973)
Only love
can make it rain
The way the beach
is kissed by the sea
Only love
can make it rain
Like the sweat of lovers
layin' in the fields
Love, reign o'er me
Love, reign o'er me
Rain on me,
rain on me
Only love can bring the rain
That makes you yearn to the sky
Only love can bring the rain
That falls like tears from on high
Love, reign o'er me
Rain on me, rain on me
Love, reign o'er me
Rain on me, rain on me
On the dry and dusty road
The nights we spend apart alone
I need to get back home to cool, cool rain
I can't sleep, and I lay, and I think
The night is hot and black as ink
Oh God, I need a drink of cool, cool rain
Love, reign o'er me
Reign o'er me, o'er me, o'er me
Love, reign o'er me, o'er me
Love

The Factory - "Path Through The Forest" (album: "Path Through The Forest", Guerssen, 2008)
